SECTION 2 - SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

All orders are processed, wax-sealed, and shipped within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. We ship our packages via UPS and delivery typically takes between 3-5 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched from our Austin, TX atelier.

SECTION 3 - 14-DAY STUDIO PRACTICE TRIAL & RETURN POLICY

We stand behind our fine stationery with a 14-day studio practice trial guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the craftsmanship or performance of your purchase, please contact our patron concierge desk at 1-800-762-7529 or email us at support@QuillhavenStationeryHouse.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Returns must be shipped to our designated atelier at: 480 Athletic Way, Austin, TX 78701. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.
